The Story

For years, I searched for a personal finance app that worked the way I wanted: local-first, private by default, and free from subscriptions for basic features. Every app I tried fell short—some sold data to advertisers, others paywalled essential functionality, and many required constant internet connectivity just to check my balance.

After countless frustrations, I realized the app I wanted didn't exist. So I built it. Coincert is the result of that journey—a personal finance tool that puts you in control of your data, works offline by design, and treats privacy as a non-negotiable feature, not a premium add-on.

As a solo developer, I'm building Coincert in the open, guided by feedback from real users who care about the same things I do. If you've ever felt like your financial data shouldn't be a commodity, Coincert is for you.

• Accessibility Matters: Built to be usable by everyone, with full VoiceOver support and accessible design patterns throughout.
